These tshirts can actually be ordered in any of the kids’ sizes from junior high age through infants – and in pink, too – which seems only right.

What I’ve noticed about the United States lately –

There isn’t a plan. That is a problem. It doesn’t matter if the Republicans get the job or the Democrats, there isn’t a real, workable comprehensive plan to solve the problems that are pressing. What we do have, is a lot of bickering, grand-standing and glad-handing to special interests, whether the teachers’ union or the oil companies.
Unfortunately, where there is a great amount of “what is broken” information now – but the actual plans being offered to solve these problems and issues are either already in use, already tried or already failing to do the job. These methods offered by specialists and experts, politicians and pundits, government officials and business leaders are all elements of plans that have created the problems thus far.
This means at a very basic level, we don’t have a plan that will work. None of them do and if there were any opportunity to create one that will work, it won’t be approached as a process because those in a position to do so are going to rely on things that already don’t work, but are known. These are the solutions being offered now by both sides.

Here I am with a product that I’ve created. Its in a tangible form. It was listed on Ebay this last week and barely seen by anyone. This could be in stores. It would bring a smile to the face of customers and may keep them from being robbed at some point.
If nothing else, it could make money for me and for the stores selling it. This is the right timing for this product and it is distinctive – it has personality and character. It could easily be offered for the right price with a small profit. There are a number of retail store categories that could appropriately carry it.
So, now what?
To Publishers – blocked
To Trade Mart Stores – blocked
To Angel Investors – blocked
Directly To Market – blocked
To Retail Store Buyers – blocked
To Sell Rights To Someone Else To Use – blocked
To Promote It – Not blocked, but how?
To Sell Online – Online Availability – Not blocked by Fact, but Unseen for the multitude of info there
So, therefore – what possibilities truly exist whether I have a unique, sales-worthy product or not?

“If I had known that the only contribution allowable to me because I am a woman would be to clean the floors under the feet of my family and wash their clothes – I wouldn’t have bothered to learn calculus or business or physics.
If I’d known there will never be any money from any business I might create, would I have ever tried to create anything or worked so hard to learn how to make it work as a business? Probably not.
But, isn’t the truth of it that my efforts have proven it doesn’t work for me? Apparently the access available and the things I’ve studied from books for accessing the marketplace with products are blocked to me. That means that no matter what I write, it won’t ever be published in a book. I can create products distinguished and unique every day of my life and never see them making a profit for me. And, until I die in poverty, I will have lived in poverty each and every one of the days in my life.
Now, why didn’t they just tell me it would be that way when I was going to school? Wouldn’t it have been simpler to say to me that I would never have the opportunities available to men including value as anything besides the person to clean up after everyone?
Why didn’t the teachers and clergy and others just tell me that the world doesn’t need anything created by a woman and won’t pay anything for it if it is created by a woman? And, that I would have to work many times harder to make many times less for anything I might do because as a woman, society considers that to be okay?
Certainly not everything I create is ‘good enough’ to make it in the marketplace. But, some of it is and there is no reasonable access to bring it to the marketplace to find out if it would do well or not. That means, the truth about America is not that it is a land of opportunity but rather that it is not, except to those already positioned and in the right ‘class’ to accomplish it.
I am horrified to think about the forty some odd years wasted in the pursuit of this, the learning and re-learning after brain injury, the obscenely abusive relationships I’ve survived and all along there was no real chance of anything I’ve worked to do or to create actually making a living for me.
What kind of America is that? And, why couldn’t the teachers and society during my lifetime have simply told me it was like this? Why was I taught that every individual is valuable and has the opportunity to bring good things to the world, to make a living from their talents, to make a contribution to the world? Since apparently the considered basis for determining what are delusions of grandeur are those very things – why would anyone have taught me that bunch of shit?”

Brainstorming some more alternative transportation and energy ideas –

A boat could be made out of old newspapers or pages from phone books using chicken wire or? for support and permeating the pages with either polymer or plastic (acrylic) paints that dry into a permanent film.
Fully sealed by the polymer or paint, the multiple layers of paper would adhere because they are porous and become a full sheet at least 1/4 thick. Would this work for an automobile housing / cabin material? It seems that it would and there would be a cushioning effect in it especially by strengthening with other strong, lightweight materials.
For a motor on either, using the kinetic motor of the form ball pendulum transfer or “Tesla” flashlight design, possibilities exist to move it by kinetic rather than potential or combustion system motion or by a small electric motor.
However, solar panels could be incorporated into external and some internal panels to do some of the work. Or, a small rotary engine whose full housing is created from lightweight carbon impregnated cloth / fiber or poured polymer with carbon/titanium nanoparticles within the polymer substrate.
Considering the levitation of a magnet in hyper cooled conditions – does it have any lift capacity? Could it in size provide the lift for a surrounding housing and vehicle with occupants and baggage – thus averting all friction except against the air? Motion could then be provided by bursts of air or in the case of a boat – by vacuum and thrust of water?
Pendulum / fulcrum alternating hammer offset
Electro – Magnetic field provides lift
See images –
stored energy in “super ball” and golfballs?
Skids of composite material (remember sliding on cds) –> possibilities include oiled carbon, high tensile strength iron? Polymerized? – see snow mobiles & skidoo water equipment in existence / skateboard wheels are using?
–> instead of tires – use balls / inline skate design but 6-7 balls instead with motors inside (electric)
what does calcium / bone / calcium tetraoxide do? Could it be combined in chem reaction to release oxygen component for combustible thrust or for jet propulsion system? What could be done with nitrogen compounds in air already? Plasma?
–> just the way insulation tubing is made with air introduction / bubbles (swimming noodles & pipe insulation) couldn’t metals be done the same way by injection bubbles of air into the hot metal inside a mold and cooling it super fast? To use as buoyancy tubes for boat hulls and as ballast by filling the foam-like core with water (or as lightweight frame members for vehicles to remove significant weight while retaining structural integrity and strength?)
hand pump / bellows style pump
create a vacuum that draws the water in and then pushes the water out in one burst of thrust
(What about the natural friction & drag of air used for propulsion) –> cars / trucks, etc. could a thing be created to gain traction on the actual friction against air particles? – to cause it to pull along the particles / air structure / molecules in air?
Would it be possible to make a constant positive charge along the front intake of the system & maintain a constant negative charge further into the system to pull out contaminants to use as fuel or use the + –> – discharge of neutrons and electrons as a harness for propulsion system?
–> what if fiber optics cables collected sunlight and returned it to a photovoltaic elsewhere – say from skylights in the house or a solar collector on a car?

Focal Point Sun Collector –
Energy Source Possibility –

fine point upon confined space
typical use of magnifying glass for concentration of light source
air in – heats by sun
Increased pressure by expansion
Increased heat from sun’s energy
air intake = one-way valve
heated air expands when collected sunlight envelopes cavity below collector and bounces around mirrored surfaces (shiny metal interior surface where focus has brought in collected sunlight and heat).
Expanding heated air forces out along narrowed corridor through expansion valve which only opens at a specific pressure point –> creating nozzle bursts of heated air
vacuum thus created sucks in more air to be heated = will result in pulses of air bursts for useful powering / energy to use as propulsion, mechanical motion and to turn generator mechanism for electric power generation.
** another possibility could use the physical expansion of the heated air to convert into motion using a bladder type apparatus that would inflate and act as a bellows or physically move a unit of mechanical system

Well, there you go – I’m out of money as usual after grocery shopping so I decided to put three or four items on auction at my Ebay store. If you’re interested – the auction only lasts from tonight until Sunday (tomorrow) at about 7 p.m. on the first item.
This item that I’ve put on auction is a hand-written, signed and dated suggested reading list of books that I’ve studied over the years, took notes and applied into my life. There are plenty of great books in the world that will help and I would suggest all of them generally and any of them that are specific to your needs are worthy of study, taking notes, applying what you find there.
These 12 books I’ve listed were instrumental in helping me or they have been written in the same mind that I understand and consequently, I’ve been able to share them at times with other people to help them learn to activate their abilities and mental capacity. We all have so much to offer, but the brain is much like a muscle in that the more it is used – the better it works. The more it is saved to use later, the harder it is to use it. One of the suggestions – will be two bonus items, I’ve already given one to you – the Encyclopaedia Britannica, 15th Edition from 1978 before substantial changes were made to so much of the information we have. It is always possible to add to what we know when learning from older sources, but you can’t know what you don’t know to add to it.
Anyway – the other items I thought I would auction will also be one day auctions and the number two item is a computer written – original document created by me about CRITICAL ANALYSIS – which is completely written from the top of my head from what I know the way I do it. This shows the basic path of thinking for critical analysis and does not include any references to other materials. It has not been compiled – it has been written free-hand, by the seat of the moment, based on what I know does work. There are no graphs, no equations – those will be available later. It does not cover factors in the market place that I use to know what is really happening. Those will also be available later as part of the package with the equations and basics of understanding that I use for projections and future forecasting in the markets.
These items on this reading list are great for businesses to bring everybody to the same page and help bring out the best in people to create and accomplish goals.
For right now, I just wanted to let anyone that might be interested in these items, know about them. I’ve listed them as art because I wasn’t sure where to list them and the name of my store is –
The one day auctions will be found there through tomorrow evening. Soon, I will be listed some other items that might be interesting to you also – intellectual properties that I’ve originated and that I own. The rights will not be for sale, only the original documents or computer printed originals with the signature from my own hand and date.
Thank- you for your interest. I’ve got to type this little writing I did today for the folks that are driving our trucks and then I will be listing the other writing I mentioned.
Enjoy the Ride!

THE ARTISTS’ BILL OF RIGHTS
Written by ©Cricket Diane C. Phillips, 2008
All people are not created equal in the sense of sameness of talent –
1. We have the right to the uniqueness and individuality of our talents and identity.
Because the world and its societies do need each of us with our extraordinary and unique sets of talents –
2. We have the right to participate in the societies of our world and to engage as part of our communities.
Since there is no way to know which individual carries the saving grace of a nation, of a people or of our time –
3. We have the right, both individually and collectively, to influence and to accept a role in the history of our time.
As a consequence of our creative abilities, we hold dear certain precepts of freedom, drive and determination and therefore –
4. We have the right to assume the inherent risks contained within the creative process whether it fails or succeeds and to judge our own efforts as worthy or not, of our time, effort and resources.
Expecting that a large proportion of the population at any given time will not understand us regardless –
5. We have the right to pursue the passion of our creative process without that understanding in order to fulfill our dreams and meet our goals.
To this end, knowing that our goals and the possible fruits of our creative works will benefit many –
6. We have the right to desire and to demand that good and tangible rewards be given for our work and for our efforts as in any other profession.
And further, acknowledging that the greater good rests in the hands of many rather than a few –
7. We have the right to maintain our individuality, to pursue the values and goals we deem to be worthwhile and to accept our place hand in hand and shoulder to shoulder with professionals from all walks and specializations.
It is found that the rights of the creative individuals in our society rarely go unchallenged and therefore –
8. We have the right to stand up for ourselves and our ways of achieving our goals creatively as a viable, productive method and approach of attainment.
And also, having been experienced by each of us on numerous occasions, that there exists a prejudiced view of our manner of thought and process –
9. We have the right to feel indignant and be offended by such prejudice and to make our own choices about responding with education, resourcefulness, intelligence, silliness or intolerance and any of several billion creative options.
Lastly, with an understanding and wisdom born of a multitude of hurts, slights, indignations, rejections, all-out attacks on our individuality and threatened restraints to our creative freedom – it is a fact that –
10. We have the right to suffer in silence, if necessary, but barring that necessity, – We have the right to speak boldly and to stand for who we are in a manner befitting any person that has ever lived to succeed or fail by their own skill, wit and choices.
Namely, this is to say –
We have the right to exist and to be as we are – creatives.
That to be creative is neither sin nor abstract chaos nor pathos.
And, that the world needs us and what we do the way we do it.
Society need not accept that fact for it to be, nonetheless, true.
We have the rights of all others plus these because we are creators.
