Trying this again –

Here is where the design is starting –

**

**

Then, I’m starting to change elements in it – and although they are already as symmetric and centered as I could get them using the zazzle editor fly by wire design process, when the elements are changed, their symmetry doesn’t stay the same. Sometimes when putting new elements into the design, the graphics editor re-sizes one but not the mirror of it or the second replacement elements are a different size – so changes that I’m not showing here are that sizing and symmetry things are being done along the way. That is about as boring to watch as it is to fiddle with so I’m jumping past those parts –

So, here is the first set of changes I’m making to this design –

Colors and Elements –

The first change made to this design was in one single central element which re-sized itself grandly larger and offered this. I should probably stop here and call it a design, but this time . . . oh, maybe.

&**&

OK – so I stopped and made a finished design from it – although – I love the design and the larger sized element is likely pixelated which means it will have to be changed anyway – so, then I’m going to take that design and continue by first changing the size of that snafu in the middle or altogether putting something else there . . .

Now from that design – I changed just the new turquoise center element to a more appropriate size for the design and centered it horizontally and vertically – but look how much it has changed the overall look of the design. That new feeling and look of the design is one that I want to capture now and move into . . .

Here is the one change of resizing the middle piece –

The next thing I did was to copy and paste the center turquoise design into two mirrored places on the board – the red elements that had originally been on each end are still there under the new turquoise pieces. I centered and placed the elements to match the design where they seat up against each other. And this yielded –

This shows the new pieces on each end with the red elements underneath.

Just for the sake of curiosity – this is what the design looks like with the red elements on the ends brought to the top side of the design superimposed on the new turquoise pieces –

This design brings the red elements forward to sit on top of each end over the turquoise elements that were just added. The neon turquoise element is partly showing though areas of the design still but only barely visible. It was one of the parts used in the original design from which this one is evolving.

I decided that it would be nifty to see how the red elements would look closer to the center with them placed directly over the turquoise medallions – and then added copies of the red design element to each end . . .

Repeating the red design throughout the board design yielded this – I like it.

This became the design for the skateboard posted here – I like it as strange as the design is with its bold strange color combinations and intricate design elements . . .

**

Well, hmmmmmm………….. wonder what else this design could do. And, starting from here, if the center triangle points design is changed to neon green or turquoise triangles instead? or forego that element altogether? Interesting options . . .
