Integrity is not supposed to be an uncommon, unusual nor unique trait. It is a characteristic that encompasses more than consistency and performance statistics. Those two components rarely prove a thing, in and of themselves. Any good con-artist intending to cause undue and unreasonable harm to another can usually manage to contrive the reasonable appearance of those two qualities.
True integrity means that not everything I do is to impress you or anyone, in fact. Integrity actually does mean an undying, unassailable knowledge of accountability. It serves as the guiding foundation of principle for decisions and the actions which result from those choices. It belongs always and eternally in me right this moment, no matter who I am or who the world perceives me to be. And, this is true for each of us whether we accept it or not.
The determination of my integrity although exampled sometimes in decisions, actions and consequences of choice is not a matter of opinion. Neither mine nor anyone else’s opinions will ever reflect the true characteristics of integrity that were present at the moment of choice. For that I am responsible, and no shift of perception nor change of anyone’s opinions will ever alter that moment of fact regardless of the outcome and consequences of the decision.
It is true, whether the eventual impact is positive, negative, consequential or seemingly, inconsequential. Every thing each of us does or does not do sends ripples out across a vast and infinite landscape of time and event horizons / scenarios. Not one of us chose to live and not even the first of us created itself. This is an absolute in the theory and applied science of living integrity, human life and dynamic interpolations as such must include it.
True integrity accepts this responsibility not as justification to deceive the conscience but rather as accountability to it. There are no other constants that each of us ultimately endure each waking moment throughout eternity. It is likely that this eternity began sometime yester-years before this day and extends far beyond the scope the mind can perceive of it, in this and every moment of the now being lived. That is the tangible accountability of reason, action and choice.
Where my integrity moves beyond now is never fully mine to determine - what I do with it is. As human beings living in a sea of now eternal, each of us is a complex dynamic organism with strengths and weaknesses. Any of which may be utilized in the correct time and measure to create choices and decisions which enhance even weaknesses into assets, and conversely - strengths into assets or liabilities depending on use, measure and timing. Integrity demands, by its nature, that we actively consider our interpretations of events in a broader template. The choice is ours.

- The Volume of Space Available Increases Exponentially depending on critical factors which are, a.) length of time waiting for it to be on sale, b.) the words, “clearance, clearance, clearance” marked on its surface, and c.) the degree of degree of desire to own it.
- The “Domino Effect” is an average of the times factor involved in shifting any one item in a limited space which increases exponentially all other items which are required to be moved in order to accommodate it.
- In every home, there is a castle that is waiting to be explored with a multitude of rooms, spaces and secret places based in part on the owner’s or viewer’s ability to exceed the perceptions of limited capacity.
- The human mind is designed to perceive a three-dimensional world by learned perceptions of time, space, viewpoint and external reference interpretations. What is it truly, if it turns out those interpretations are faulty?
- Distance can accurately be measured as the length of space between two points until such time that, a.) you’re running late for work, b.) you’re nearly out of gas, or c.) both. At such time, distance enters a whole new dimension of time and space - occasionally defying the laws of physics as we believe them to be and often surpassing “known” quantities.
- “You cain’t get there from here,” commonly used in Southern territories of the United States is, in fact, true - no matter how you do it. With directions to a tree that no longer exists, through a holler which is now a parking lot for a shopping mall and 1500 streets named Peachtree for ridges in the land they define, its a dimensionally challenged landscape for the reality impaired.
- Finding point a, point b, and intersection of the two at reference point c is not a triangulation in a dimensional world with base point using reality. It is rather a progressive mapping of the McDonalds and Wal-Marts between here and there with at least one stop for cheap petrol on the other side of the road three blocks around to get in the parking lot because of a “no left turns” insignia in front of it.
- The faster a vehicle travels in any given straight line along an otherwise flat surface without grade, the higher the dimensionality of time is exposed.
- The dimensional value of walking reaches farther along every distant point than those of any and all other modes of transportation not only in perception but also, in fact. Sound, light, distance, thought, perception, daydreaming, planning, physical touch of the air and surface under foot exceed all parameters of time and distance, making it an inappropriate experience for the dimensionally challenged and the dead-heading of normal driving skills.

Imagine what it must be like to live with little or no money to go places, no car, lots of time and lots of skills. What would happen after awhile if you really wanted to be involved in the community and in the world? What would happen, if you weren’t real pretty to look at, but you were very smart at problem solving, very creative and knowledgeable about many things and very skilled? What would you do with a lot of time (over thirty years) and very little money?
What do you think would happen, if anybody that could call you and ask, would receive an immediate and accurate lookup of any (and) all information requested every day for over forty years of infinite moments? Would those people be “on your side” or would they use what they wanted and go on with their own agendas?
What can you imagine would happen whenever the people around you needed a difficult problem to be solved or to have creative solutions and options made available to them? Do you think you’d be on “their” team of the moment to get the job done, or not? Do you really think that anyone would pay you if they knew there would be nothing you could do when they didn’t?
Do you really think that you would do nothing with the time available in your life, nothing with your skills, thoughts, creative drives, abilities to learn and inventiveness under these conditions over an extended period of time? Would you really stop living?

I always just assumed they had stolen them from me. I created the brat kids which you see in these attachments, in 1984. I live in Atlanta suburb, Marietta and have had to live with roommates over the years. I’ve also had some things that were originated by me, walk out with some “friends” that felt money was a little more important than integrity. This was especially true between 1997 and 2001, but not because I was careless with the designs. They’ve been in a notebook of my art from the 1984 - 1985 period of character designs and also in a box which I just took from the attic.
Anyway, I’ve thought the “Bratz” dolls looked an awful lot like my original designs which these are - I also have another one or two in a box of drawings from the same time period. I almost never think, Oh maybe I should show somebody or something, but when I saw the story reported over one of the news stations tonight, I looked it up on your website and it may be that there is a good reason that the alleged “designer” and MGA have differing and changing stories about where they originally got the design.
Okay, so now I’m not sure what to do next, but I suppose it would be good for the judge in the case to see these somehow - to make some educated decisions in the case a little more clear. However, I looked up the case on google and believe it or not, have no idea how to approach the judge or jury to add this evidence or anything. They certainly dressed up the concept and I love the dolls they made from them. But, I really do think that access to my designs may have been the original source of the design.
This attachment set show the designs. Please let me know or send them to the judge in the case, please. Or, I don’t know. And, I’m so smart about some things . . .

On Politics As A Premise of Freedom To Be Used and Abused Apparently - Cricket Diane C Sparky Phillips - 2008 - USA -
I just keep wondering why any of these people would want to give up their Saturdays for this job? All things considered and the pretty furniture in the White House aside, I think they all have fought long and hard enough to deserve the job. Really, we could use the whole team of them in the White House having to make it work (together).
Do you know that these four people have subjected us to more bull than the markets on any good day? It has become a ridiculous interplay of no one’s home for business in America.
And, I think the World scoffs and laughs in their sleeves at us for being so high-minded when it comes to their politics, issues, civil and human rights policies and everything else - and then when it comes right down to it, we act like there is no room anywhere in our system for tolerance & intelligent consideration of anything. And, unfortunately, our actions are speaking louder than our words.
The fact that so many of us would interpret what is said by any candidate in the manner we see fit rather than as it is intended speaks of no high-minded intentions of honesty, thought nor respect for anyone. These candidates are doing what we could not, did not and would not. Every one of them get up earlier than we do, endure what we wouldn’t even put up with for a day, in attending events - eating strange food in places far removed from familiarity and tolerating some of the stupidest questions ever faced by any member of the human race - let alone a political one.
Personally, I think we need to hire all of them as President and keep the President we currently have and all his staff, cabinet and agency heads plus add in all the Presidents that are alive who have served - then make them lead this mess out of insanity and into wealth, prosperity, safety and some workable plan we can live with for awhile.
They deserve to have to live in the White House together and work with that train-wreck of a Congress we have. There are serious crises affecting us more every hour of every day and before we are all slaves to those losses - it would be nice to see some of this energy used to solve problems. (Not issues - PROBLEMS - that are quickly deteriorating into an impassable tipping point.)

I wrote the comments above - however - I have found a word that describes the current political campaign dynamics in use by the Demover / Come n Get me / Democratic Party bunch -
It is called “Political Particularism”

And, that is what we have before us in the campaigns of these candidates, in Congressional leadership and in the fight for the minds of American citizenry by the Political party strategies and leadership. This is why our Congress is deadlocked on every issue except what to do for lunch every day they are in session. It sure would help to get a bit of clarity in our Press about this and its eventual impact on our country (of intolerance, shame, shaming, humiliation, degradation of ethics and overwhelmingly, of having the power to filibuster and stalemate us right into disaster.)

I am putting on my wordpress blog a little piece out of a booklet from 1963
called, “Meetings Begin With People”, by J.Donald Phillips/ Laurence J. Taylor,
Published 1963, Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan.
Scanning it will have to suffice and I didn’t want to add an attachment here, so
I will quote what seems pertinent - although it is about hosting - it separates fact from fiction when
it describes leadership qualities and practice -
“You can lift the hosting function into a true leadership status by the way in
which you approach the training of the hosts . . .[and on and on] . . .The
resulting friendly atmosphere was so contagious that it spread to members who
unconsciously joined the hosting forces. Whether the group with which you are
entrusted is six thousand or sixteen, we urge you to select the hosts with care
and give them thorough training.
The methods for Hosting have been spelled out. The spirit of Hosting depends
upon your own leadership belief in the importance of the Individual.”
This appears on the last page of the booklet and while politics go on - there
needs to be an obvious remedy applied for the apparent lack of tact and
leadership skills across the board. Although stimulating in action to watch and
enjoy the spirited performances in gifted public speaking skills - this is not
leadership qualities of representative skill sets. That this is an election campaign
for our next United States President, which by virtue of the fact that we are
citizens, we will serve - it is truly necessary to increase the skill levels of
all candidates in these areas of leadership abilities and common sense - along
with its universality of judgement, decision-making and ethics.

The ability you have to interact with a phone call, off the cuff, considering
where you work - and not be short-tempered, rude or inhospitable was and is
absolutely amazing. I would have to say that ya’ll are having way too much fun
up there to be working - call them big dawgs off the porch now, ya’ll - we got
work to do.
There is a little item on the website that came from AP about the “mis-use” of
those government spend as you go credit cards - I looked over the thing and the
GAO info that it supposedly was based upon. I noticed the two Congressional seat
warmers that requested it and I want to share something with ya’ll right quick.
This isn’t for public fodder, either.
When I receive info - I do probably about what ya’ll do - I’m skeptical and
critical this time, every time. I also know way more than I should know to be
sitting in poverty and welfare in the State of Georgia, especially about certain
quiet areas of knowledge in the real world. Consequently, I read this report a
little differently than someone that has never seen an Italian restaurant in Atlanta, (in
Buckhead) host a wedding party, paid for by a bunch of office petty funds that
turns into a legal collar zone for about four different branches of law
enforcement including - ATF, FBI, DEA, GOVERNORS’ TASK FORCE on DRUGS and
ORGANIZED CRIME, RICO / BUNCO investigators from 8 different countries and
Interpol.
Now, this has been a while ago and maybe ya’ll were all still playing outside on
the swingset when it happened, but I doubt it. There have been many very basic
items listed on the GAO list as noted in the AP article including the Diplomatic
Corps and Civilians having to be properly dressed for State and Government
required functions of State that indicate - that neither the Senators, the GAO,
the AP reporters nor likely anyone else getting to read it know why some of
those expenditures weren’t illegal, aren’t out of the way and were certainly
necessary and appropriate.
The special lingerie in not only the Ecuador corridor drug enforcement training groups but also in others as well, has more to do
with wearing (as a woman / female field agent) what will be immediately
recognized as government pay attire or drug czar whore attire when all the
clothes come off - which invariably they must during a close quarters undercover
operation among executives in the drug trade. “nuff said, I suppose.
This email is to say thank you for the excellent work you are doing both in
reasonable Sports coverage, and fairly reasonable coverage about bringing
solution-oriented thinking into the homes and vehicles of people that must act
now to get their own lives on a firm foundation financially and otherwise at
this time of crisis.
This email is also to bring to your attention a couple other small matters - one
is, not everyone that works dresses in Brooks Brothers suits and looks just
“right” - It’s a wonder Isaac Asimov was ever allowed to write, to be published,
to be interviewed or to be viewed as a physicist, all things considered but thank God he found a way to do both. He could walk by you in the grocery store
and eavesdrop on your conversation, use it for dialogue in his books and you’d
never even know it was him - nor notice him in a coffee shop piffling about as
if he had no hope of a tomorrow so he would blend into the surroundings anywhere
in the world. That is how it has to be sometimes to get things done and to
support those who can get things done.
I may not always agree with our standing President nor our seated Congress, but
I’ll be damned if I’m going to choose not to support and serve them just because
I may not agree with them. And, I’ll tell you what, sometimes that is really,
really, really hard - especially while everyone around me is acting like
jackasses about it and doing whatever they want to do however they feel like or
don’t feel like doing it because they disagree with D.C. about something. Over
many years, because I was born into the mess at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base
in 1958, during not only the Cold War but also during a powerful world-changing Presidency - I can honestly say - I am
not getting paid to do this job or any, but still I do it because if I don’t,
and if you don’t and if anyone that gives a damn doesn’t - then where will it
leave us and what will we have to live with then?

Options for China et al. Dam Reconstruction - Repair Design Ideas and Project Concepts - Cricket Diane C “Sparky” Phillips - 2008
Haruna class, Hull class destroyers and Bremen class frigates have a bilge pump system that would be perfect to airlift into the area and simply pump out the water to an appreciably lower level to relieve the pressure. It is also possible, because of the “light” weight of these pumps, that they could be secured rather grease’free from the military or military salvage vanguard.
By airlift workhorse - double rotor stability copter the bilge pumps could be gently placed into the holding pools both those restrained by landslide from the earthquakes and in the intended dam, engineered variety - areas of concern.
Also, possible with 24″ or greater, - diameter flex-pipes, a certain degree of siphoning could be done to divert the flows into desirable safe and overflow pools. This is not required of large equipment and could conform to the enforced extremes of the environment although obviously it would only be a temporary solution. Especially for the smaller dam pools that need relieved of volumes that are hindered by the terrain, this option could offer some flexibility.
Although, China may not have fleet options for bilge pumps to be handily available - they could certainly be brought into the area from partner nations or a similar pump could likely be found in the oil industry tanks of the area. Usually in use, these industries typically keep backup pumps in warehouse nearby.
There could be some other options for relieving the dams but the best hope is that the diversion channels created yesterday (and today) will start a significant degree of safety margin which may buy some time for workable plans to be enacted for all 69 dams. Some of the terrain is not appropriately situated for the diversion sluice operation to be used. There needs to be a big list of other options from which to choose.
From the list on the CDC-US website on http://www.bt.cdc.gov/disasters/landslides.asp there is a description of mudflows which are a substantial threat in the area. Aside from getting out of the way, it seems the strongest measure of safety exists in either diversion or intentional channels created to divert or in securing the dams / preventing the dirt and rock from becoming a mud mix including application of some surface altering substance.
It is also possible to shore up the integrity of the dam faces with a rolling application that would form descending bulges like horizontal columns down the length of the inner slope. The shape would ease the range of pressures being exerted along the surface and redistribute them outwards along the length of the face.
The possibility of diverting the rivers rather than the lakes and holding pools seemed to indicate itself from the pictures on CNNI yesterday and today that included a flat bend area with a down-slope nearby in the river’s natural course. Having not looked up the topographical maps yet, it is certainly worthy of a look and exists as a possibility anywhere upriver from any of the these dams.
The other thought I had was whether tanker planes in use for pumping water to put out fires could be brought in - such a fine idea but probably not right given the terrain, the airfoil updrafts and other specificities of the area.
The rolled face material looks like it has a lot of potential for levees and other dam construction projects as well as repair - if there were not water behind the dam in the first place, projects could easily incorporate it along inner faces - especially, in earth dams and high-pressure extreme environments where the volume pressure along the face exert tremendous forces particularly during weather events, nautical events of scale and earthquakes / landslides and mudflows.
I am including a picture of my drawing of the rolled face concept which actually was inspired by long columns of fabric from bolt rolls cascading in arcing pleats along the length when unfolded.
