Inconvenient Truths - Cricket Diane C Phillips - 2008 - Cricket House Studios - Atlanta - GA - USA1

The time has come for all men and women of conscience to think - take facts from the bevy and make sensible declarations of substance from them.

I want to know and understand the languages, dialogues, dialects, inferences of speech and underlying truth of our own language in America. You give me hope that honesty and intelligence can be found among that knowledge and discourse.

What you want to know is not clear. What you need to know is:

“To believe there is no truth among the many sources is to believe a very improbable
reality. To believe all or any part of it without cross-checking the information from
original sources is to allow someone else to think for you.”
direct quote from Cricket Diane C Phillips, 3-14-08

When will it matter? It matters when this stops being an intellectual discussion and becomes the facts to comprehend that will mean living or not. That is when processing the truths of these matters becomes critical. That time has never been pressed down upon us so quickly as it is today. That time is now - intellectual discussion is over.

You will hold dear these moments, whether you like them or not, because they are here and these events require you to participate in your own lives. Now, to correct your own economic realities whatever they may be - suit up, show up and stop dicking around. It is going to require working with inconvenient truths.

On Getting A Good Haircut Around Atlanta GA - Cricket Diane C Phillips - 2008

“You have to go out

of this town to get a good haircut   –>

They all appear to know what they are doing -

and not do it well. I’ve never understood it.”

- quote from Cricket Diane C Phillips, 2008

- “But, you gotta love ‘em anyway - God does - and I sure wouldn’t want His job nor theirs - they know how and have brilliant minds to use and are capable - how about sharing?”

On Sovereignty and Recourse in America - Cricket Diane C Phillips - 2008

On Sovereignty and Recourse in America -

The State of Georgia seems to support the idea that sovereign immunity and eminent domain [in extent practice, and by extant provision extends far beyond the scope of imagination and reason] - and extends to cover the uses, time, talents, intelligence and physical abilities (and disabilities for the appropriations of greater slices of the Federal matching funds programs pie) without compensation and without recourse of any kind. I’m not sure, if it is leftover from the State’s days as a penal colony with British laws of that time which the State law of Georgia is almost wholesale a product (of) or if, this is fueled by some new idea of the State as a sovereign entity.

I really thought sovereign and the idea of sovereignty meant king and kingdom which exists elsewhere in the world, but according to Georgia authorities - it is okay because on many different occasions, the State of Georgia and her “services” departments explained it to me so that I could understand it in their point of view essentially and exclusively. I will explain it the same way it was explained to me.

In Georgia, sovereign immunity and eminent domain of the sovereignty of the State of Georgia means that all - (each & every) -  resource(s) residing within the lines of their State’s jurisdiction belongs solely and completely to the State of Georgia to do with as they see fit. If they want it, they take it. If they want to use it - it’s theirs. If you disagree with it at any time - you sit somewhere for bad things to be done to you at their discretion until they either forget about you or change their minds or you agree to agree with them. And, that’s the Truth.

It is an absolute fact that over and over again throughout this State of Georgia, these are the foundations that allow the leverage of influence and power to a level of indecency, inhumanity and corrupt slaving practices to be accomplished such has never been seen in America since before the Civil War. That they do it with the “sanction” of the Federal government up in Washington is a “hoot” to them here in circles of the Country Club set.

These practices prevent any and all unnecessary competition for limited resources in the marketplace and in the art, music and educational, vocational, employment, business and cultural arenas. Worthy competition is routinely screened out of the competition in this State.

They, (at the Georgia State Government and their agencies, departments, policies, counties, city jurisdictions, et al) have established ways of discerning what is theirs or not that rest on the foundation of their self-defined sovereignty. No accountability to any member causing harm from their decisions, or lack thereof. No responsibility for lives, freedoms, hopes, dreams, esteem, reputations, abilities, capabilities, moneys, properties that the Georgia State government and her employees and authorities have damaged or even, decimated. No way for any citizen of any caliber below the rank of upper middle class to have any recourse whatsoever, at any time and in any way. If there is a talent and the State needs it - within the borders of this State - they keep a leash on it and use at will. Should that fail for some reason, the old style tactics are used from the Cold War days of “take, lock-up, drug into a vegetative and cooperative state, release once that person agrees to do as told, make sure and have an agent of the State government check on them once a month or more often” - any talent, skill or intelligence that person has belongs to the State and its agencies to use at will for (0) zero payment, (0) compensation, (0) rewards and / or (0) acknowledgment, and (0) remunerations ever. And, no recourse to change that in any way ever.

The State of Georgia and their agencies have some strange ways of discerning what is theirs to use, to take, to hinder, to disregard and keep out of play in the market, to disrepute, to find any and all ways possible to keep on a leash. It is a shame because it is a gross dereliction of duty for it to be handled this way. It is also unlawful, unjust, criminal, and unreasonably inhumane cruelty which undermines the very tenets of our Declarations of Independence, U.S. Bill of Rights, and The U.S. Constitution.

But, you can’t tell them that. I can’t tell them that. There really isn’t any defense for the basic citizen against opposition to personal rights, liberties and freedoms being openly available to all.

The Rules I Use That Work - Cricket Diane C Phillips - 2008

The Rules I Use That Work -

1.  GO IN - ASSESS QUICKLY (CONSTANTS & FACTS).

2.  USE WHAT IS AT HAND - People, tools, ideas, resources, pathways, maps, instructions, data. Ask for help - see what it brings for availability of resources.

3.  D.>R.>I.>V.>E.>  —>

Direct
Resource
Invent
View
Expedite

5.  GO   —->   get the hell, give ‘em hell, make hell into - “hello, can I get your hand please.” and, then fly like hell into something, somewhere else where its safe, healthy, sanctioned & helped. (Called the “SHSH –> phase” named by our Mama’s group.)

6.  Report Status - check and review
Double check results, recheck status of all survivors’ lives, team members (dockets) and of their families general well-being, + recheck results.

7.  GO HOME - (and pay attention for fallout & repercussions of job) - get some sleep, eat, work, relax, create, get some housework done, return tools to closets, file, sort paperwork into the report folders where they belong - write notes about items worthy of note and file, etc., etc., etc., etc. and usually I paint some art things, draw, work on some little inventions here and there, play music and stuff like that.

A quick note on the “good guy” - “bad guy” thing. There are times I can tell you, “don’t go that way” - and for whatever reason some people will go that way, regardless. I gave up trying to say, “do not stand there.” I quit explaining why to not stand there and inefficiency planning, determined it is more effective to just get the S.O.B. standing there to be somewhere else. Problem solved.

I like “problem solved.”  My children know, “Only ask me what I can say ‘yes” to “cause I hate saying “No” - so just ask me the “yes” stuff and don’t do the whatever I would have to say ‘no’ when you do it.” Well, that worked for about 10 minutes one time, one day and then they thought it gave them license to kill. So, after I got the cat out of the tree where they climbed up with it to look at our roof where their frisbee landed, it seemed that a better way needed to be found.

Now, I’ve been using this other way with all kinds of things and noticed it - [not pretty good, but really, really good,] - does work.

It is called, “Hit The Ground Running” cause you not getting there before I do. No = No. )0( = )0( and 0 = 0. Zero = Zero. Same page, same book. (0 x 0) “x” number of times is still Zero. Not once, not maybe, not next time - This time every time, always, each and every and anytime.
